The selection method of CJT rubber shock absorber:
(1).Determine the gross mass W(N) of the shock mitigation system,include the mass of the equipment and foundation support. Gross mass W=Q(motionless)+1.5R(motion) Q=Q1(the mass of the equipment)+Q2(the mass of foundation support) ,if there is not strict in general-purpose vibration and it hard to get the force of the perturbation of the equipment,then replace it by the mass of the equipment Q1 multiply the dynamic coefficient p,G=Q1+1.5R=Q1×P.So,the gross mass W=G+Q2=Q1×P+Q2,the dynamic coefficient p can be determined by the quantity of the equipment Q1 and the forcing frequency f,when Q1 large and f small,P can be small;When Q1 small and f large,P can be large,as a general rule,P≈1.1-1.42,determine the forcing frequency f=n/60(HZ).(n=the rotate speed of one minute)
(2).Try to determine the quantity of the shock absorber(more than 4PCS)
(3).Calculate the loading of the every rubber shock absorber P=W/S5,then you can choose the suitable rubber shock absorber by reference the sheet of rubber shock absorber.
